Job Overview

We are currently seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Richardson, Texas, United States. This is a Full-Time position ideal for an individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about supporting the successful delivery of complex projects. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our projects are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget, contributing directly to 3M's legacy of innovation.

Responsibilities

  • Support Project Managers in the development and execution of project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Coordinate project activities, resources, and information to ensure seamless workflow and communication among team members.
  • Act as a central point of contact for all project stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and resolving queries.

  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including reports, presentations, and meeting minutes.

Qualifications
