Qualifications

• 4-year Bachelor's degree required; PMP Certification preferred.
• Local Houston area applicants only; no relocation or sponsorship available.
• Oil & Gas experience preferred, particularly in In-Line Pipeline Inspection.
• Strong problem-solving and analytics skills under pressure.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently and leading teams.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills across all levels.
• Willingness to travel for field learning experiences.

Responsibilities

• Support Project Managers in managing awarded in-line inspection surveys from start to finish.
• Complete ROSEN Level 1 Theoretical and Practical Exams to demonstrate proficiency in inspection tools and processes.
• Conduct risk assessments to ensure successful inspections.
• Utilize data outputs and graphs to evaluate inspection results.
• Lead internal and external meetings as required.
• Schedule projects using ROSEN Business Software to ensure timely delivery.
• Assume responsibilities as project manager once training and criteria are fulfilled.
