POSITION SUMMARY
The Project Coordination Manager supports the Director, Project Management in the planning, execution, and completion of manufacturing projects. This role ensures that the project management team goals are met on time, within scope, and within budget by coordinating resources, tracking progress, and facilitating communication among cross-functional teams and within the project management department.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Project Planning & Coordination
- Coordinate with finance for accounts receivable billing & payments
- Manage active project priority list, project closeouts, lessons learned, etc.
Documentation & Reporting
- Maintain department documentation including lessons learned, project closeouts, etc.
- Oversee the management of all department work procedures & documentation
- Track and report on KPIs and project performance metrics.
Communication & Collaboration
- Serve as a liaison between departments
- Facilitate department meetings, prepare agendas, and document action items, as required.
- Serve as department organizational resource.
Compliance & Quality
- Ensure projects adhere to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
- Support quality assurance efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.
Project Coordinator Oversight
- Oversee project coordination team - assignments, timecards, training, etc.
OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE (required levels)
- Bachelor's degree in information systems, Business, Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 8+ years of experience in ERP administration/leadership in manufacturing, including ERP functional ownership.
- Demonstrated expertise with Made2Manage ERP or similar manufacturing ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows including MRP, BOMs, routings, inventory, purchasing, scheduling, and costing.
- Proven experience leading to cross-functional change, process standardization, and systems adoption.
- Experience managing system upgrades, governance, reporting, and ERP controls/security.
- Strong executive communication skills and ability to influence leaders without authority.
