What You'll Bring to the Table:- 10-15 years of cost management experience, with a strong background in oil/gas preferred but not required
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerBi, and PowerQuery for data analysis and reporting
- Proven ability to lead project cost control, forecasting, and variance analysis
- Skilled in managing change control, commitments, accruals, and cost tracking
- Exceptional communication skills, capable of working within an integrated team of client and contractor stakeholders
- Self-motivated with a flexible approach to working hours, supporting project needs both weekdays and occasional weekends
Nice to Have Skills:- Experience working in an oil and gas environment
- Advanced skills in data visualization and reporting tools beyond the core software (e.g., additional BI tools or software)
Preferred Education & Experience:- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or related field preferred
- 10-15 years of relevant cost control and project management experience in similar energy projects
Additional Requirements:- Local Houston candidates only-supporting a hybrid work model with occasional overnight visits to Sabine Pass (every 1-2 weeks)
- Willingness to travel and work flexible hours as needed to meet project deadlines
- Reliable transportation for site visits and client meetings
