This is a full-time, hybrid position with on-site work being in Casper, Wyoming
What You'll Do:
Provide strategic leadership for project controls across pipeline and facilities projects.
Establish integrated governance for cost, schedule, risk, change, progress and performance management.
Lead multidisciplinary project controls teams and mentor functional leaders.
Deliver executive dashboards, forecasts and decision-quality reporting.
Oversee earned value, trends, productivity and contingency management.
Manage interfaces with owners, JV partners, contractors and executive stakeholders.
Ensure alignment between engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning.
Drive continuous improvement, assurance and project controls best practices.
Champion implementation and optimization of Oracle Primavera Cloud, TILOS, Oracle ERP and Networld ERP.
What We're Looking For:
Required Education, Experience and/or Abilities
A bachelor's degree in business, construction management or engineering with at least fifteen (15+) years of progressive project controls experience on major capital projects; or an equivalent combination of education and/or experience may be considered.
Demonstrated leadership of large project controls organizations.
Strong commercial, contractual and risk management knowledge.
Preferred Education, Experience and/or Abilities
Extensive pipeline and facilities experience.
Computer Skills
Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications.
Demonstrated ability to use queries and pivot tables in Excel.
Additional Eligibility Qualifications
English language fluency, verbal and written.
