Could you be the full-time onsite Project Contract Manager in Toronto, ON, CA we're looking for? Your future role "Take on a new challenge and apply your contract and claims management expertise in a new cutting-edge field. You'll work alongside collaborative and detail-oriented teammates. You'll play a pivotal role in safeguarding Alstom's interests and driving the successful execution of projects by preparing, coordinating, and managing contract and claims strategies throughout the project lifecycle. Day-to-day, you'll work closely with teams across the business (Project Management, Legal, Finance, and Operations), ensure compliance with Alstom's governance and best practices, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives-and much more." We'll look to you for: Driving Contract Management activities, ensuring compliance and conformance by Alstom and the project team. , Applying proactive Contract Management practices to safeguard Alstom's interests. , Ensuring application of the CCIM (Contracts, Claims and Insurance Management Manual) and Alstom governance, raising alerts when non-conformities are identified. , Collaborating with the Project Core Team to prepare and contribute to the Contract/Claims Management Strategy Plan, including deployment of appropriate tools and best practices. , Organizing and leading Contract Management Initiatives with the Project Core Team. , Analyzing contracts to develop and maintain the Contract/Claim Management Strategy Plan, reviewing it quarterly with the project team. , Monitoring project progress toward contractual obligations and milestones, ensuring timely issuance of contractual notices to customers and partners. , Developing and monitoring claims strategies in line with contractual terms and business goals. , Establishing, implementing, and maintaining commercial/claims procedures related to correspondence, notifications, insurance, delays, variations, and claim documentation. , Managing and analyzing incoming and outgoing correspondence with customers and partners, ensuring reliable filing and easy access to records."
