Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and 6 years of related experience, including project/people management experience or completed trade apprenticeship with 4 years of field experience.
• Field Foreman/General Foreman preferred.
• Proficient in verbal and written communication.
• Ability to write, edit, and proofread construction-related documents.
• Current knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, and Sheet Metal trades and their installation methods.
• Strong attention to detail and project coordination abilities.
• Working knowledge of BIM and CAD software like Navisworks, Revit, and AutoCAD.

Responsibilities

• Lead constructability on assigned projects and ensure construction standards are met.
• Collaborate with the design and modeling teams to minimize model rework through constructability insights.
• Facilitate communication among team members to address project concerns and ensure efficiency.
• Provide necessary material and feedback to team members for project advancement.
• Oversee final trade coordination and sign-off in collaboration with the General Contractor.
• Contribute to the design pull schedule to align model developments with deliverables.
• Manage project resources and budget effectively.
