Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 6 years of experience in project or people management.
• Preferred Field Foreman or General Foreman experience.
• Proficient verbal and written communication skills.
• Capable of writing, editing, and proofreading content.
• Strong understanding of construction documents.
• Current knowledge of HVAC, Plumbing, Piping, and Sheet Metal installation methods.
• Detail-oriented with project coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
• Experience in interpreting construction schedules and integrating design pull schedules.
• Proficient with AEC, BIM, CAD software (Navisworks, Revit, AutoCAD).

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the constructability phase of assigned construction projects.
• Collaborate with design and modeling teams to minimize model rework.
• Facilitate effective communication among project team members.
• Provide necessary materials and feedback to team members.
• Guide the final trade coordination and sign-off process with the General Contractor.
• Contribute to the design pull schedule to guide model development.
• Manage project resources effectively.
• Participate in conceptual design to enhance modular construction standards and practices.
• Oversee project budget and costs.
• Foster strong relationships with clients.
