This role is suited for a professional who combines design vision with technical discipline, and can translate conceptual ideas into clear, coordinated, and buildable solutions. • Works closely with the Project Manager and design leadership to execute project plans and directly support project delivery
• Leads day-to-day coordination of internal teams and external consultants, ensuring integration of design and technical requirements
• Develops and manages drawing sets, including oversight of layout, detailing, specifications, and documentation standards
• Maintains coordination with sub-consultants and performs regular QA/QC reviews prior to submissions
• Implements and enforces BIM standards, file management protocols, and design technology best practices
• Oversees construction administration activities, including review of RFIs, submittals, and change documentation
• Conducts site visits, prepares field reports, and monitors construction progress to ensure alignment with design intent
• Organizes and participates in client and consultant meetings, helping communicate design decisions and project progress
• Supervises and mentors less experienced architectural staff, providing guidance on both design and technical development
• Ensures compliance with applicable codes, zoning regulations, and ADA requirements
• Promotes the use of design technology to support both design exploration and efficient project delivery

Role Qualifications

• 10+ years of professional experience in architecture and design
• Registered Architect required
• NCARB certification and LEED accreditation preferred
• Advanced proficiency in Revit and strong working knowledge of BIM workflows

• Strong understanding of QA/QC processes and documentation standards
• Demonstrated ability to contribute to and advance design concepts through technical execution
• Proven ability to lead teams and coordinate complex projects across multiple disciplines
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey design intent to clients, consultants, and contractors
