Full Job Description
Manages small, routine projects or a piece of a larger project end-to-end to deliver business outcomes, ensuring that the project is completed on time, within budget, and to a high level of client satisfaction. Conducts meetings and prepare reports to communicate the status of the project.
Monitors progress and performance against the project plan, and takes action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays. Manages all aspects of a project, from start to finish, so that it is completed on time and within budget.
Identifies, develops, and recommends the resources to complete the project.
Liaises with other areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project. Sets priorities, allocates tasks, and coordinates project staff to meet project targets and milestones.

Attends project meetings and prepares and presents regular progress reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team. Liaises with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.
Provides technical support and input to the Manager on project proposals of routine to average complexity. Designs, communicates, and implements an operational plan for completing the project; monitor progress and performance against the project plan; take action to resolve operational problems and minimize delays.
Assists in the design, development and implementation of project management processes, methods, and products. Identifies, develops, and gathers the resources to complete the project.
The applicable base salary range for this role is $57,500 to $115,100.
The base pay offered will be determined on factors such as experience, skills, training, location, certifications, education, and any applicable minimum wage requirements. Decisions will be determined on a case-by-case basis. In addition to the base salary, this position may be eligible for performance-based incentives.
