Programmer Hybrid (Onsite 4 days/wk)
Description:Diversified Systems is searching for a Programmer responsible for the design and development of application software to meet business needs and product deliverables. The selected consultant will work closely with the designated IT manager, project managers, and other developers in an Agile development environment. The work scope of the consultant will include requirements gathering, application design, application development, testing, deployment, and technical support.

Requirements:- 10 years of experience developing web applications utilizing the Microsoft .NET Framework 4.0 or higher required.
- 5 years of experience developing with ASP.NET Core required.
- 4 years of experience developing using ASP.NET Core Blazor required.
- 5 years of experience developing using JavaScript and CSS required.
- 2 years of experience developing with Microsoft .NET 8 required.
- 4 years of experience developing with Microsoft .NET 6 required.
- 10 years of experience developing with the C# language required.
- 4 years of experience developing using Telerik Kendo UI for ASP.NET Core required.
- 2 years of experience developing using Telerik UI for Blazor required.
- 5 years of experience developing Service Oriented Architecture (SOA) using Web API required.
- 4 years of experience integrating and consuming REST APIs required.
- 10 years of experience developing using SOLID design principles, including a strong understanding of software architecture, design patterns, and cloud solutions required.
- 10 years of experience with SQL Server, including on-premises and Azure Relational Database Design and development required.
- 10 years of experience with SQL, including optimization of queries and creating tables, views, stored procedures, and functions required.
- 5 years of experience developing using Entity Framework (EF) 4.0, Core, or later, including LINQ to SQL required.
- 5 years of experience developing reports in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) required.
- 5 years of experience developing using Azure Technologies, including Azure Function, App Service, Azure Key Vault, Redis Cache, and App Insights required.
- 4 years of experience developing with Visual Studio 2022 or Visual Studio 2026 required.
- 2 years of experience with Azure DevOps, including Git, Boards, and CI/CD pipelines required.
- 5 years of experience writing unit tests in Visual Studio required.
- 5 years of experience developing projects with Agile/Scrum methodology required.
- Excellent oral and written skills required.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team and conduct code reviews required.
- Ability to manage time and resources to meet assigned deadlines required.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or an IT-related field highly desired.
- Experience in application migrations from legacy .NET technology to a modern Microsoft technology stack highly desired.
- Minimal API experience highly desired.
- TypeScript experience highly desired.
- SQL Dapper experience highly desired.
- Microsoft .NET/Azure certifications highly desired.
