Qualifications

• Strong understanding of Networking technologies including LAN/WAN, TCP/IP, DNS, Load Balancers, Firewalls, VPNs, and Cloud Networking.
• Experience leading testing for infrastructure, cloud migration, and network transformation programs.
• Hands-on experience with test management and defect tracking tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, leadership, and communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile, Hybrid, and Waterfall delivery environments.
• Preferred: Insurance or Financial Services industry experience.
• Preferred: Exposure to Azure/AWS cloud platforms and network security testing.

Responsibilities

• Define and govern program-level test strategy, plans, schedules, and quality metrics.
• Lead Functional, Integration, System, Regression, Performance, and User Acceptance Testing.
• Coordinate testing across multiple workstreams, vendors, and technology teams.
• Validate network infrastructure changes, connectivity, security, and performance requirements.
• Manage defects, risks, dependencies, and test environment readiness.
• Drive test automation adoption and continuous quality improvement.
• Provide executive-level reporting on test progress, quality risks, and release readiness.
