• End-to-End Test Strategy & Planning
• Strong Test Execution & Defect Management
• QA Leadership & Stakeholder Communication

• Domain / Business Process Knowledge
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Act as the end - to - end technical owner for business banking initiatives
• Must have strong knowledge on the business banking data
• Lead solution design(real-time and batch integrations) across different application and platforms(on-prem, cloud)
• Define and enforce architectural patterns and best practices to ensure technical excellence
• Prior experience leading large, cross - functional delivery teams
