Qualifications

• 8-10 years of experience in purchasing, procurement, supply chain, or program buying roles.
• 3 years of leadership experience in a global context.
• Experience in new product launches and complex cross-functional programs.
• Expertise in supplier management and strategic sourcing.
• Strong negotiation skills for commercial agreements and supplier contracts.
• Experience with component lifecycle management and last-time-buy activities.
• Familiarity with electronics, semiconductor, or advanced technology industries.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a global team of Program Buyers, enhancing accountability and best practices.
• Direct procurement for new product development and program launches, ensuring key milestones are met.
• Resolve program and supply issues as the primary purchasing escalation point.
• Manage supplier-related engineering changes with minimal operational disruption.
• Develop strategic partnerships with suppliers to boost performance and business continuity.
• Negotiate contracts and sourcing strategies to meet various objectives including cost and quality.
• Oversee lifecycle management and ensure material availability and contingency planning.
