Accenture Federal Services (AFS) is seeking a highly qualified and experienced Program Manager to join our team in support of government contracting and modernization initiatives. This is a unique opportunity to work on mission-critical projects that require a combination of leadership, technical expertise, and strategic vision. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading cross-functional teams, ensuring successful project execution, and driving innovation in support of government missions.

Work you'll do:
  • Lead and manage complex government contracts and modernization projects, ensuring alignment with client objectives and organizational goals.
  • Develop and execute project plans, schedules, and budgets while managing risks and ensuring compliance with federal regulations.
  • Build and lead high-performing teams, fostering collaboration and ensuring delivery excellence.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to government clients, providing strategic insights and recommendations to support mission success.
  • Drive the adoption of Agile methodologies, leveraging SAFe Agilist practices to enhance efficiency and adaptability.
  • Oversee cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring compliance with industry standards through the application of CISSP-certified expertise.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations, assess current capabilities, identify areas for improvement, and implement state-of-the-art solutions.

What you'll need:
  • Master's degree in a relevant field, demonstrating a deep understanding of technical and engineering principles.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification, showcasing expertise in project management methodologies.
  • Agilist Certification, preferably SAFe, demonstrating proficiency in Agile practices for large-scale programs.
  • 15+ years of experience in one or more of the following areas:
    • Leading teams and managing large-scale projects, with a strong track record of delivering results in government contracting environments.
    • Modernization and assessment initiatives, including the ability to evaluate legacy systems and implement innovative solutions.
    • Expertise in federal acquisition regulations, ensuring compliance with FAR and DFAR standards.

Bonus points if you have:
  • CISSP (Certified Information Systems Security Professional) Certification, ensuring robust cybersecurity knowledge.

Security clearance:
  • Active Top Secret (TS) security clearance is required

The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience.
