Job Description
You will be the Program Planner, Staff for the Integrated Program Planning team. Our team is responsible for developing and maintaining program schedules and plans, driving program execution, and serving as trusted partners and strategic advisors for internal and external customers.
What You Will Be Doing
As the Program Planner, Staff, you will be responsible for leading the development and maintenance of program schedules and plans, analyzing complex data, and building effective relationships to drive program execution. You will be a key contributor to the Integrated Program Planning team, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to deliver innovative solutions.
Your Responsibilities Will Include:
Developing Integrated Master Schedules (IMS) for new or existing development/production/sustainment programs leveraging the Program Summary Master Schedules (PSMS)Tracking progress of program activities against baseline internal plans, and ensuring schedule margin to contract dates is achieved or maintainedMaintaining schedules, performing probabilistic / deterministic risk analysis, and identifying critical/driving paths while developing solutions for resolutions along with network logic validation/deconflictionSupporting and participating in negotiations with customer and internal stakeholdersProposal submittal and execution schedule development through preparation and assessment of progress against established plans and parametersFormulating and recommending corrective action measures such as schedule revisions, fund allocations, and work requirementsMaintaining cost and schedule integration throughout program lifecycleImplementing and monitoring Earned Value Management System on programs

Basic Qualifications
Proficient with Microsoft Office applicationsDemonstrated critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExpertise at developing/maintaining Network Schedules including integrity checks, critical path analysis, Data Driven Metrics, and Schedule Risk AnalysisExperiences delivering project briefings to internal and external customersExpertise with Earned Value Management (EVM) including Cost / Schedule IntegrationDemonstrated team building skillsDemonstrated influencing and relationship management skillsProficiency in Network scheduling tool (MS Project, Open Plan, Primavera, etc)Must be able to obtain a DoD SECRET clearance for consideration

National Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $95,000 - $167,440. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education/ training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.

(Washington state applicants only) Non-represented full-time employees: accrue at least 10 hours per month of Paid Time Off (PTO) to be used for incidental absences and other reasons; receive at least 90 hours for holidays. Represented full time employees accrue 6.67 hours of Vacation per month; accrue up to 52 hours of sick leave annually; receive at least 96 hours for holidays. PTO, Vacation, sick leave, and holiday hours are prorated based on start date during the calendar year.

Premium Pay Statement
Pay Rate: The annual base salary range for this position in most major metropolitan areas in California, Massachusetts, and New York is $109,200 - $189,290. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only.
