Responsibilities:
Drive Operational Excellence
- Support comprehensive program management and administration across multiple functional areas
- Enable effective curriculum development, onsite training, and advisory support delivery
- Facilitate data analysis and program evaluation to continuously optimize outcomes
- Manage the day-to-day operations of a geographically dispersed workforce
- Oversee compliance and scheduling for a complex, multi-site program
Execute Strategic Initiatives
- Lead tactical and operational planning aligned with modernization strategies
- Ensure exceptional performance through proactive management, quality oversight, and coordination with government leadership
- Identify process improvements and implement solutions that enhance program effectiveness
Build and Strengthen Partnerships
- Interface regularly with senior government and military services stakeholders
- Communicate program health, identify challenges, and propose actionable solutions
- Travel as needed to support site visits, program activities, and customer engagements at various CONUS and OCONUS locations
Qualifications:
Required:
- Bachelor's degree
- 6+ years of relevant experience in managing complex operations with demonstrated expertise in leading teams and managing programs of national scope in the Federal Government
- Experience managing the day-to-day operations of a geographically dispersed workforce
- Experience managing compliance and scheduling for a complex program
Desired:
- Proven track record in leadership roles in large-scale programs ($25M+ annually)

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$78,700 - $165,200
