We are looking for an IT PM to work in an Agile fast paced Network Infrastructure and security-focused environment. The candidate must have a minimum of 11 years IT management experience. A Bachelor's or Master's Degree is preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below. The Program Manager will perform day-to-day team and customer requirements management and will work with the customer and others to develop and mature short / long-term and strategic objectives to ensure that end user requirements will be satisfied. #LI-EE1 ABC Required Skills and Education We are actively seeking Program Managers with a minimum of 11 years' IT management experience. Bachelor's or Master's Degrees are preferred in one or more of the disciplines described below where specific skills may include the following: 34; Proficient in planning, directing, and coordinating team, projects, and network engineering efforts using the Agile methodology 34; Significant experience providing program management for engineering programs 34; Minimum of 5 years of experience working on government enterprise infrastructure and engineering programs, including on-site customer engagement 34; Possess a proficiency in multi-tasking as well as being a good communicator / facilitator 34; Comfortable communicating at all levels from engineer to senior staff 34; Highly capable of formulating and executing aggressive but reasonable acquisition and engineering schedules in coordination with multiple subcontractors and technology vendor partners, both large and small 34; Conversant in modern Network Engineering best practices, network technology, and automation of network provisioning 34; Strong in use of agile management methodology (Scrum Master certification NOT required) 34; Proficient in identifying risks and documenting team progress including implementation, time lines, issues, risks, quality and success measures to meet customer established requirements 34; Provide status reporting to leadership on progress toward objectives on a weekly basis Preferred Skills and Education 34; Previous IT PM experience directly support the Intelligence Community 34; Program Management Profession (PMP) certification This position will be posted for at least 5 calendar days.
