Full Job Description
Nammo Perry Inc., a key U.S. operation within the international Nammo Group, is a center of excellence for the design, development, and production of advanced munitions, pyrotechnics, and solid rocket motor propulsion systems supporting the U.S. Department of Defense and allied programs. With a major expansion underway-including a new state-of-the-art rocket motor manufacturing facility in Perry, Florida, and a supporting office in Tallahassee-Nammo is enhancing domestic production capacity to meet critical national security demands. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Program Manager to lead high-priority solid rocket motor (SRM) propulsion programs. This role will support the ramp-up and execution of defense-critical projects, ensuring on-time, on-budget delivery of reliable propulsion solutions in a regulated, high-stakes environment. As a Program Manager based in our Tallahassee office, you will oversee the full lifecycle of solid rocket motor programs-from development and qualification through production and sustainment. You will serve as the primary interface with DoD customers and prime contractors, lead cross-functional teams, and drive program success while traveling to the Perry production facility as required. You must be able to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance (Requires U.S. Citizenship).
