Major Accountabilities:
Prioritize safety and quality standards and expectations
Must demonstrate behaviors that support TGFS' mission, vision, and core values
Support Hoshin activities for TGFS annually & actively participate in task force activities
Work with all departments and maintain communication among various groups
Follow TG policies and procedure adherence
Ensure training requirements are met on-time
Manage training requirements to ensure timely completion
Follow Stop, Call, Wait (SCW)
Organize and lead regular meetings with assigned Program Teams to discuss program timing, delays or issues, recovery and countermeasure activity and future plans
Perform Gateway meetings with senior leadership for concurrence and approval to proceed with new programs. Understand the milestones of each Gate in the launch process to ensure a successful handoff to production
Prepare information for quoting packages in a timely manner
Establish and maintains effective relationships with customers for new programs
Coordinate and ensure that capital equipment, tooling, product testing and other required items are on time to support program timing
Coordinate with Corporate sales personnel as required ensuring a cost-effective launch
Act as a liaison (along with Corporate Purchasing) for external suppliers regarding program timing, deliveries, delays, etc.
