    budget information.
    • Lead the 30-day transition from the incumbent contractor, including offers to incumbent staff and joint inventories of classified matter, COMSEC, badge stock, and personnel security files.
    • Manage risk, subcontracted providers (psychological evaluations, occupational medicine, armed security), and vendors.
    • Coordinate with DOE federal staff, the site M&O contractors, and other contractors.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree, or four additional years of relevant experience.
    • 10 years of security program experience, including 5 years managing DOE or other Federal safeguards and security support and supervising 25 or more staff.

    • U.S. citizen holding, or able to obtain and keep, a DOE Q access authorization. Active Q strongly preferred.
