Qualifications

• 5-7 years of experience in cyberspace operations, with 3 years focusing on planning and integrating capabilities at operational or strategic levels.
• Relevant commercial certifications like CompTIA Security+, CySA+, or GIAC Cyber Threat Intelligence - GCTI are preferred.
• Experience with Offensive Cyber Operations (OCO) and Defensive Cyberspace Operations (DCO).
• Proficient in using industry-standard tools such as Cobalt Strike, Metasploit, and Burp Suite.
• Familiarity with policies and legal frameworks related to cyberspace operations.
• Strong communication skills for conveying technical information to non-technical audiences.
• Must be able to obtain a U.S. TS SCI Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Plan and integrate offensive and defensive cyberspace operations.
• Conduct targeting of adversary tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs).
• Utilize offensive security tools for vulnerability exploitation and assessment.
• Communicate technical findings and operational impacts to leadership and non-technical staff.
• Ensure compliance with legal and policy regulations governing cyber operations.
• Maintain readiness to support operational objectives, including potential travel as required.
