Job Description Healthcare Apps Program Manager bridges healthcare and IT by leading teams that maintain, troubleshoot, and optimize Electronic Medical Records (EMR) and hospital software. They direct system upgrades, ensure regulatory compliance, train end users, and align software functionality with daily medical workflows to ensure seamless patient care.
Key Responsibilities - Team Leadership & Operations: Manage, mentor, and schedule Tier 1/2/3 IT analysts. Oversee incident management and ensure SLA adherence for clinical issues.
- System Optimization: Lead the integration, testing, and deployment of clinical software like EMR/HIS, LIS, and PACS. Customize applications to improve clinical efficiency.
- Project Oversight : Manage the complete lifecycle of Healthcare IT projects‿from the initial planning phase and resource allocation to final deployment and maintenance.
- Client & Stakeholder Management: Build strong, strategic partnerships with clients. Translate their business needs into actionable technical plans and provide regular updates on project health.
