Program Manager

Synertex LLC is seeking a Program Manager (PM) to support the anticipated USCENTCOM CCJ8 Decision Support, Analytical & Data/AI Integration Services program at MacDill Air Force Base in Tampa, FL.
RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Serve as the primary point of contact and interface between the contractor team and USCENTCOM CCJ8 leadership, the Contracting Officer (CO), and the COR.
  • Provide overall management, oversight, and coordination of all contractor and subcontractor personnel to ensure compliance with the requirements in the Task Order Request (TOR).
  • Oversee cross-functional integration of technical disciplines, including ORSA, Modeling & Simulation, Wargaming/Joint Warfighting Concepts, Requirements Analysis, Software Development, Financial Management, and Data/AI Integration, ensuring coherent, timely support to CCJ8's mission.
  • Manage performance against cost, schedule, and quality metrics; prepare and present program status, executive summaries, and leadership briefings.
  • Manage staffing across CONUS and OCONUS locations, including coordination across varied time zones and support to personnel operating in austere environments.
  • Ensure compliance with data governance, cybersecurity/DevSecOps, records management, and information security requirements (e.g., ISO 9001, ISO/IEC 27001, ISO 20000-1 where applicable).
  • Manage financial performance of the contract, including budget analysis, funds tracking, and coordination with the company's cost accounting/purchasing systems to ensure compliance with contract type (T&M/LH, FFP, CPIF, CPAF as applicable).
  • Identify, mitigate, and escalate risks, staffing gaps, and capability shortfalls that could affect mission support.
REQUIREMENTS
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Business Administration, Management, Engineering, Operations Research, Data Science, or related discipline); Master's degree preferred.
  • Minimum 10 years of program/project management experience, including at least 5 years managing complex, multi-disciplinary task orders or contracts of similar size, scope, and complexity (e.g., $20M+ annual value) supporting DoD or a combatant command.
  • Demonstrated experience managing integrated data, engineering, and analytical services contracts.
  • Experience managing CONUS/OCONUS staffing, multiple time zones, and support in austere or contingency environments.
  • Strong working knowledge of DoD acquisition, Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution (PPBE) processes, and Joint Force Requirements Process (JFRP) is highly desirable.
  • Proven ability to communicate and brief at 4-star/civilian-equivalent leadership levels.
  • Active DoD Secret clearance required at minimum; ability to obtain/maintain Top Secret/SCI.
  • PMP (Project Management Professional) certification strongly preferred.
  • Experience with DevSecOps, data governance, or AI/data integration programs is a plus.
