Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; Master's preferred.
• 10+ years of program/project management experience, including 5 years on complex contracts ($20M+).
• Experience managing integrated data, engineering, and analytical services.
• Familiarity with CONUS/OCONUS staffing in various time zones and austere environments.
• Strong understanding of DoD acquisition and budgeting processes.
• Ability to brief senior leadership levels effectively.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required; Top Secret/SCI preferred.
• PMP certification preferred; experience with DevSecOps and data governance is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the main liaison between contractor team and USCENTCOM CCJ8 leadership.
• Manage overall program oversight and contractor compliance with Task Order requirements.
• Oversee integration of technical disciplines for timely mission support.
• Track program performance against cost, schedule, and quality metrics.
• Coordinate staffing across diverse locations, managing time zone differences.
• Ensure alignment with data governance and cybersecurity requirements.
• Monitor financial performance of the contract, managing budget and compliance.
• Identify and mitigate risks that could impact mission support.
