About the Role:

The Program Manager will lead and oversee complex programs from initiation through completion, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and stakeholder expectations. This role requires strategic planning, resource allocation, and budget management to deliver projects on time and within scope. The Program Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, manage risks, and resolve issues to maintain program momentum and quality. Effective communication with internal teams, external partners, and senior leadership is essential to facilitate collaboration and transparency. Ultimately, the Program Manager will drive program success by balancing competing priorities and adapting to changing environments while maintaining a focus on delivering measurable outcomes.

Minimum Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in program management with a strong track record of managing budgets and resources effectively.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop proposals and communicate complex information clearly in both written and oral formats.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project and other project management software.
  • Strong skills in crisis management and problem-solving within dynamic environments.

Preferred Qualifications:
