Position Overview

Pantheon Data is seeking a Program Manager - Sensors & Systems Integration who will lead programs supporting modernization of systems, operations centers, and integration initiatives.

Responsibilities
  • Lead program planning, execution, and portfolio management.
  • Manage lifecycle requirements and acquisition efforts.
  • Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
  • Develop budget inputs and investment strategies.
  • Produce executive briefings and technical analyses.

Required Skills and Experience
  • Bachelor's in Engineering or related; Master's preferred.
  • 15+ years federal program management experience.
  • Strong FAR, CPIC, SELC, and ARP experience.
  • Proven leadership of large-scale programs.
  • PMP preferred
  • Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.

Clearance Requirements

U.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance.

Work Location: Hybrid - Washington, D.C.

Compensation

The salary range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
