Position OverviewPantheon Data is seeking a
Program Manager - Sensors & Systems Integration who will lead programs supporting modernization of systems, operations centers, and integration initiatives.
Responsibilities- Lead program planning, execution, and portfolio management.
- Manage lifecycle requirements and acquisition efforts.
- Lead Integrated Product Teams (IPTs).
- Develop budget inputs and investment strategies.
- Produce executive briefings and technical analyses.
Required Skills and Experience- Bachelor's in Engineering or related; Master's preferred.
- 15+ years federal program management experience.
- Strong FAR, CPIC, SELC, and ARP experience.
- Proven leadership of large-scale programs.
- PMP preferred
- Ability to work effectively remotely in cross-functional teams.
- Ability to meet deadlines and produce quality work.
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite software including Outlook, Word, Excel, SharePoint, and PowerPoint.
Clearance RequirementsU.S. Citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a DoD Top Secret clearance.
Work Location: Hybrid - Washington, D.C.

CompensationThe salary range for this position is $130,000 - $170,000. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.
