Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Program Manager / Senior Operations Coordinator to lead and coordinate contractor performance supporting U.S. Army digital communications, SharePoint, multimedia, and command-product requirements at Fort Lee, Virginia. This role serves as a primary contractor interface with Government stakeholders and ensures requirements are identified, assigned, scheduled, tracked, quality-controlled, and completed on time.

Key Responsibilities
• Serve as a principal contractor interface with Government leadership, the Contracting Officer's Representative, and program stakeholders
• Manage day-to-day contract performance and coordinate multidisciplinary team activities
• Translate Government taskings, calendars, battle-rhythm requirements, policies, TASKORDs, FRAGOs, and other direction into actionable work
• Maintain visibility of requirements from identification through completion
• Establish priorities, assign resources, monitor schedules, and manage changing requirements
• Coordinate in-process reviews, meetings, data calls, and customer engagements
• Identify schedule, staffing, resource, and quality risks and promptly elevate issues affecting performance
• Implement and maintain contract quality-control processes
• Monitor deliverables, due dates, performance standards, and corrective actions
• Ensure continuity of operations during leave, vacancies, surge periods, and competing requirements
• Coordinate staffing, onboarding, installation access, required training, and security requirements
• Support recurring contract-status and performance reporting

Minimum Qualifications

Experience / Technical Qualifications
• Demonstrated program, project, or operations-management experience
• Experience leading or coordinating multidisciplinary professional-services teams
• Strong planning, scheduling, task-management, and customer-interface skills
• Ability to manage concurrent and rapidly changing requirements
• Strong written and oral communication skills; fluent English
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Teams, and collaborative/task-management environments
• Ability to work at Fort Lee as required

Preferred Qualifications
• Army / DoD program-management or staff experience
• Experience supporting Army Centers of Excellence, TRADOC / CASCOM organizations, command groups, or comparable military staffs
• PMP or comparable project/program-management credential
• Experience managing firm-fixed-price professional-services contracts
• Experience managing cleared personnel
• Familiarity with SharePoint / Microsoft 365, multimedia, strategic communications, or knowledge-management programs
• Quality-management experience
