Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Business or IT PMO or related project management roles
• Project governance certification (e.g., PMP, Agile) required
• Knowledge of Agile methodologies and process improvement strategies
• Proven experience managing cloud technology projects and infrastructure
• Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional collaboration to execute Go to Market strategies
• Advanced skills in resource allocation, data analysis, and negotiation
• Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Partner with stakeholders across Technology, Insurance, and Healthcare domains
• Manage complex projects through the full product development and Go to Market lifecycle
• Build and maintain integrated project plans and development roadmaps
• Define success criteria and key performance indicators, and produce regular reporting
• Collaborate with Technology Resource Managers for resource allocation and financial management
• Incorporate Go to Market milestones into project plans for successful product launches
• Facilitate issue resolution and risk mitigation across teams, leading process improvement initiatives
• Perform data analysis for project tasks and ensure compliance with regulations
