Full Job Description
Work Flexibility: Hybrid

As a Program Manager in New Product Development, you will lead cross-functional teams in planning and execution of business critical, complex projects and programs to bring innovative medical devices to market. This role requires you to work closely with Business Unit leadership stakeholders to ensure project objectives are appropriate, required project resources (budget and people) are allocated, and project risks are mitigated. You will be responsible for ensuring that project objectives are delivered on-time and within budget. What You Will Do

What You Will Need

Required Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Scientific or related field
  • Minimum 8 years of professional experience in project or program management
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex programs
  • Ability to make data-driven decisions and manage ambiguity
  • Ability to work independently with high accountability and integrity


Preferred Qualifications
  • PMP or PgMP certification or equivalent
  • Master's degree (MS or MBA)
  • Previous experience in medical device industry
  • Foundational experience as an engineer, with applied understanding of engineering processes and workflows


$153,400 - $255,700 USD Annual

Travel Percentage: 10%
