Full Job Description
As a Manager, Provider Services, your key responsibility will be to act as a liaison between our provider network and nephrology practices, facilitating a smooth transition to Value-Based Care and providing dual support to ensure success. This role requires a diligent work ethic, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively with external partners and internal, cross-functional teams. Note: This is a fully remote position that requires up to 50% travel. Coverages areas to be reviewed during the interview process and subject to change based on evolving business needs. What you will do: • Develop & nurture a solid understanding of the objectives and complexities within intricate Value-Based Care Programs and/or agreements, such as: • CMS Kidney Care Contracting • IWH Payor Agreements • IWH Practice Participation Agreements • Effectively communicate this complex information in a clear and concise manner to both internal and external stakeholders through meetings and presentations • Provide outstanding customer service to all external and internal stakeholders with consistent feedback and follow-through • Investigate and resolve any issues or concerns in a prompt and effective manner • Serve as the primary contact and subject matter expert for IWH Network practices • Assist our nephrology partners in achieving success within Value-Based Care by uncovering valuable insights within data, and identifying opportunities for improvement • Execute company initiatives and ensure the timely completion of deliverables • Ensure accurate documentation of provider interactions and/or visits are maintained in our CRM • Deliver timely training and/or onboarding to Network Providers as new information is available • Verify that information presented to providers is both accurate and timely, including the data accessible through our dedicated portal The skills and qualifications you will need: • Bachelor's degree required; Advanced Degree desirable • Proven experience working with physicians and practices, nephrology-specific experience a plus • Superior attention to detail and exceptional follow-through • Should possess an independent and proactive approach, showcasing dedication to continuous learning • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with providers, stakeholders, and internal teams. • Must be willing to travel up to 50% of the time to practices (assigned regions to be covered during interview) Our mission is to reinvent healthcare to help patients live their best lives, and we proudly live our mission-driven values: • We care deeply about the people we serve. • We are better when we work together. • Humility is a source of our strength. • We bring joy to our work. • We deliver on our promises.
