Full Job Description
ProSync is seeking a passionate Program Manager (PM) who will be focused on deployment, integration, sustainment, tuning, and optimization of cybersecurity tools essential for DoS monitoring, scanning, automation, logging, and visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The PM manages cyber tool integration operations, overseeing engineering deliverables and lifecycle management.
  • Oversees the maturity of tools supporting scanning, SIEM, log aggregation, endpoint management, and orchestration.
  • Ensures cybersecurity engineers align implementations with DoS enterprise standards.
  • Works with architecture teams to plan upgrades and new tool deployments.

Operations & Tasks Overseen
  • Tool lifecycle management
  • Configuration baseline enforcement
  • Tool tuning and dashboard oversight
  • Integration planning with production environments
  • Vendor coordination for tool support

Requirements
  • 10+ years' experience in cyber engineering or tool management.
  • A PMP or equivalent certification is required.
  • A CISSP, GCIA, GCIH or equivalent certification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of vulnerability scanners, automation platforms, orchestration tools.
  • A minimum Secret security clearance is required to be considered for this position with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. (We are not able to sponsor candidates for a security clearance)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any field. A Master's degree in any field is preferred.
