  • Collaborate with architecture teams for upgrades and new tool deployments.
  • Manage the lifecycle of tools and enforce configuration baselines.
  • Oversee tool tuning and dashboard setup.
  • Plan integration of tools with production environments and coordinate with vendors for support.

Full Job Description
ProSync is seeking a passionate Cyber Tools Lead who will be focused on deployment, integration, sustainment, tuning, and optimization of cybersecurity tools essential for DoS monitoring, scanning, automation, logging, and visibility.

RESPONSIBILITIES

The Cyber Tools Lead oversees deployment, maintenance, and optimization of cybersecurity tools
  • Oversees the maturity of tools supporting scanning, SIEM, log aggregation, endpoint management, and orchestration.
  • Ensures cybersecurity engineers align implementations with DoS enterprise standards.
  • Works with architecture teams to plan upgrades and new tool deployments.

Operations & Tasks Overseen
  • Tool lifecycle management
  • Configuration baseline enforcement
  • Tool tuning and dashboard oversight
  • Integration planning with production environments
  • Vendor coordination for tool support

Requirements
  • 7+ years' engineering experience in cyber tools.
  • A CISSP, GCIA, GCIH or equivalent certification is required.
  • A vendor specific certification in Splunk, Tenable, Elastic, Linux, Cloud, etc. is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of tool administration, APIs, log ingestion, scripting.
  • A minimum Secret security clearance is required to be considered for this position with the ability to obtain a Top Secret clearance. (We are not able to sponsor candidates for a security clearance)

EDUCATIONAL REQUIREMENTS
  • A Bachelor's degree or higher from an accredited college or university in any field. A Master's degree in any field is preferred.
