About the Program Manager, Partner Events & Operations: The Laptop Commercial Software Ecosystem team accelerates the adoption and scale of ChromeOS in Enterprise and Education segments by leveraging partner-led integration and innovation. The team's key strategic pillars include: 1) solving for application and infrastructure compatibility, 2) supporting legacy user needs, 3) differentiating Cloud Apps on ChromeOS, and 4) expanding high-potential growth verticals (e.g., contact center and healthcare).
The Partner Events & Operations Program Manager drives partner-led growth for ChromeOS across Enterprise and EDU by executing end-to-end field marketing initiatives and optimizing program operations. This role manages day-to-day operations for the Chrome Enterprise Recommended (CER) partner program - guiding partner onboarding, accelerating go-to-market initiatives, and continuously improving program architecture and operations. Additionally, this role leads the strategy and execution of high-impact events (workshops, partner summits, third-party conferences) and aligns cross-functional messaging.
Location: US - Remote
What Will You Do? - Assist with day-to-day partner program operations, coordinating with cross-functional teams to support partners through onboarding workflows, content review routing, and enablement requests.
- Help operationalize partner program guidelines by maintaining program documentation, tracking engagement models, and supporting framework updates as directed.
- Assist with program launch logistics and partner communications, supporting smooth updates regarding new benefits, requirements, and system changes.
- Support the execution of go-to-market initiatives, co-selling incentive tracking, and Marketing Development Fund (MDF) request processing to help boost partner engagement.
- Coordinate launch calendars with Product Marketing and Web teams. Oversee partner communications and maintain SLAs for the CER alias (e.g.,
- Administer standard partnership agreements, NDAs, annual program refreshes, and partner compliance audits.
- Architect and execute Google-led, partner, and third-party industry events tailored to target audiences to accelerate pipeline generation and brand awareness.
- Partner with cross-functional working groups and ensure brand guidelines are met.
- Manage event budgets, negotiate and execute vendor contracts, and track expenses against budget.

What Will You Need to Succeed? - Degree in Business, Communication, Technology, or equivalent work-related experience.
- Solid experience in partner management, channel sales, or business development within SaaS or hardware industry.
- Proven track record of developing and delivering training or enablement programs.
- Proficiency in CRM Tools (Salesforce or similar).
- Deep understanding of Google Cloud or Chrome Enterprise Ecosystem.

Compensation Range: $155,000.00 - $160,000.00 USD The salary range for this position is between $155,000.00 and $160,000.00 USD annually. There are several factors to consider including but not limited to, the role's responsibilities, experience, location, education/training, internal equity, and key skills.
