Full Job Description
Program Manager
The Program Manager is responsible for overseeing all active jobs throughout the manufacturing and validation process to meet internal and customer demands. Communication, organization and scheduling is key along with recognition of when issues need to be escalated. This individual will comply with provincial and federal legislation, employee handbook guidelines, health and safety policies and ISO quality program and procedures.

Qualifications:
  • Certificate in Project Management is preferred
  • 10+ years of project management experience
  • Ability to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of various tooling and molding projects, ensuring that they are delivered on-time and on- budget.
  • Background in Moldmaking, Estimating, Engineering and Design is required
  • Proficient in computers with the ability to use various applications such as NX, Microsoft Office, CAD/CAM Viewer(s), etc.
  • Capable of communicating and understanding information and ideas, presented both verbally and written
  • Time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Valid Drivers License and able to enter the USA.
Working Conditions:
  • Must be able to stand and or sit for extended periods of time
  • Must be able to bend, stretch, twist, or reach with body, arms and/or legs
  • Must be able to lift heavy material (ex. up to 20 lbs.)
  • Exposure to noise
  • Meet work and travel requirements by being available on-call, working from home as needed, overtime, travelling to local and international locations with minimal notice to support customer issues or to have a greater understanding of customer requirements
