Full Job Description
The IP Product Team is where deep tech meets big-picture strategy. We are the bridge between engineering brilliance and real-world impact, defining how our core IP comes to life and reaches customers.

We are looking for an IP Product Program Manager to own the customer journey end to end. You will align milestones and deliverables to product strategy, drive execution across architecture, design, and software teams, and keep senior stakeholders on both sides clear on exactly where things stand.

This role is hybrid, based out of Santa Clara, CA; Austin, TX; and Toronto, ON.

We welcome candidates at various experience levels for this role. During the interview process, candidates will be assessed for the appropriate level, and offers will align with that level, which may differ from the one in this posting.

Who You Are
  • Hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Electrical or Computer Engineering, with five or more years in program management roles.
  • Bring hands-on experience with IP products and architectures such as Arm, RISC-V, x86, AI accelerator, subsystems, or GPU IPs, along with the AI technologies used in inference and training applications.
  • Demonstrate a deep grasp of semiconductor ecosystems, market trends in compute and accelerator IP, and the methods used for customer design integration.
  • Have a proven record of launching and managing complex IP products across their full lifecycle, with extensive working knowledge of program management tools such as Jira, Smartsheet, and Confluence. Knowledge of AI tools is a plus.

What We Need
  • Ownership of the coordination and communication between the customer, the IP Product Team, and Engineering, aligning product milestones, deliverables, and customer engagement plans to the overarching product strategy.
  • Someone who drives agreed actions to completion with architects, design teams, software engineers, and product managers, fostering the communication and knowledge sharing that keeps our hardware and software teams moving together.
  • Processes that track program goals, objectives, and deliverables against signed statements of work, backed by clear reporting of status, progress, and challenges to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Regular program reviews that evaluate performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective action, including Service Level Agreements with the customer that define escalation paths and agreed turnaround times.

What You Will Learn
  • How RISC-V CPU and AI accelerator IP moves from architecture through delivery and into a customer's silicon.
  • The commercial mechanics of the IP business, from statements of work and SLAs to the market dynamics shaping compute and accelerator IP.
  • Where AI tooling genuinely accelerates program tracking, reporting, and customer communication.
  • What it takes to keep a global engineering organization and a demanding customer pointed at the same set of dates.
