You'll transform how our new PH&N Investment Counsellors approach prospecting, client relationships, operational efficiency and wealth management practices. By designing and delivering innovative training solutions, you'll empower counsellor teams to work smarter, unlock opportunities, and deliver exceptional client service.
What will you do?- Design and Execute Strategic Training to create scalable learning initiatives aligned with business objectives that accelerate counsellor performance and onboarding while measuring tangible outcomes
- Champion Innovation and Modern Practices by evaluating emerging trends, sales methodologies, and training technologies to modernize the counsellor experience and drive productivity gains
- Deliver High-Impact Facilitation by leading engaging in-person and virtual training sessions across experience levels, inspire action, and establish credibility through strong communication and business acumen
- Build High-Performance Cultures that fosters accountability, growth, and continuous improvement by coaching Investment Counsellors and leaders to elevate performance standards and maximize client impact
- Leverage Technology and Data to enhance engagement, measure program impact, and scale advisor enablement based on business results
- Act as Strategic Partner identifying capability gaps, recommend forward-looking development solutions, and influence adoption of new practices across Counsel and leadership teams
What do you need to succeed?Must-have
- Demonstrated experience managing client relationships within wealth management, and knowledge of Canada's Investment Advisory industry
- 5-7 years of experience in wealth management, sales enablement, training, coaching, or advisor development environments
- Demonstrated ability to influence, motivate, and engage professionals in high-performance, client-facing roles
- Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills, with confidence leading groups of 20 to 50 and executive-level discussions
- Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to connect learning initiatives to business outcomes
- High degree of initiative, adaptability, and comfort operating in evolving or ambiguous environments
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills across multiple stakeholder groups
- Ability to quickly learn and leverage technology platforms to improve business and training outcomes
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint
Nice-to-have- Project or program management experience
- Familiarity with the counsel business model or discretionary investment management techniques
- PH&N Investment Counsel Experience
- Experience leading change management or organizational effectiveness initiatives
- Strong understanding of advisor workflows, sales processes, and wealth management business applications
- Knowledge of adult learning principles, coaching methodologies, and performance consulting
- Familiarity with behavioral, aptitude, or talent assessment tools
- Strong understanding of business development strategies and trends within the wealth management industry
Special ConditionsThe role requires multiple weeks in classroom in person, and in office during non-classroom weeks in Toronto. Please note there may be some travel involved throughout the year.

$90,000.00 - $140,000.00
