Responsibilities
Analyze, and coordinate marketing performance-related activities for Creators and Partners on the company's e-commerce platform. Research with and visit Creators and Partners to gather feedback and identify requirements and objectives. Summarize best cases study, and present findings to senior management. Assist in developing actionable methodologies and strategies for the e-commerce ecosystem of Creators & Partners. Monitor and track status on the implementation of marketing initiatives for Creators & Partners. Lead marketing training programs for Creators & Partners to enhance their integrated marketing capabilities. Effectively manage project and stakeholder meetings, drive discussions to conclusions, and keep programs on track.
Qualifications
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any), Information Systems, Management, Business Administration, Marketing or a related field, and 2 years of related work experience. Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in each of the following: Project management, including collaborating with cross-functional teams to design, develop, and implement data-driven business strategies; Managing key stakeholder relationships and gathering feedback to build programs aimed at driving customer revenue, growth, and retention; Managing project or program risk and issues related to meeting deadlines, project schedule, resourcing, or budget by identifying, communicating, and triaging resolution; Translating data using SQL, Python, Tableau, and/or Excel; and Planning, developing, and executing projects in Waterfall or Agile methodologies. The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $93600 - $152000 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
