Full Job Description
In this role, you will lead automotive programs from concept through launch, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Tooling, and our customers to ensure successful delivery of world-class products.

The Role:
  • Lead all phases of program development, including timing, engineering, tooling, validation, and launch activities
  • Manage program schedules, risks, open issues, and communication across cross-functional teams
  • Drive design reviews, feasibility studies, testing, and customer approvals
  • Coordinate tooling development, process readiness, and production launch activities
  • Partner with internal teams and automotive customers to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions


Our Ideal Candidate:
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
  • 2+ years of experience in engineering interior decorative and functional automotive components for automotive suppliers
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and CAD software
  • Understanding of IATF 16949 quality and environmental management systems
  • Familiarity with OEM customer-specific requirements
  • Experience working directly with automotive OEMs
  • Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S., Canada, and Mexico as required
