In this role, you will lead automotive programs from concept through launch, collaborating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Tooling, and our customers to ensure successful delivery of world-class products.
The Role:- Lead all phases of program development, including timing, engineering, tooling, validation, and launch activities
- Manage program schedules, risks, open issues, and communication across cross-functional teams
- Drive design reviews, feasibility studies, testing, and customer approvals
- Coordinate tooling development, process readiness, and production launch activities
- Partner with internal teams and automotive customers to deliver innovative, high-quality solutions
Our Ideal Candidate:- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- 2+ years of experience in engineering interior decorative and functional automotive components for automotive suppliers
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Microsoft Project, and CAD software
- Understanding of IATF 16949 quality and environmental management systems
- Familiarity with OEM customer-specific requirements
- Experience working directly with automotive OEMs
- Willingness and ability to travel within the U.S., Canada, and Mexico as required
