Full Job Description
About the Role

Our Professional Services team delivers innovative SaaS implementations that help organisations digitise and optimise critical EHSQ, Chemical Management, ESG, Permit to Work, and Crisis Management processes. As a global team, we support customers across regions with scalable, intuitive solutions that drive faster time-to-value, safer operations, and more sustainable, resilient workplaces. As we scale, we are strengthening our delivery capabilities to support regional growth, multi-product implementations, and platform migrations across our expanding portfolio.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Delivery & Planning: Own and manage the end-to-end delivery of implementation projects, including planning, execution, resource allocation, and successful transition to BAU.

  • Forecast Reporting & Financial Management: Maintain accurate revenue and resource forecasts across all assigned projects. Produce regular reports covering financials, delivery progress, risks, and projected go-live dates, and communicate variances to senior stakeholders and Finance.

  • Backlog & Scope Management: Facilitate structured backlog review sessions, managing scope, change control, and prioritisation to ensure alignment with commercial commitments.

  • Stakeholder Management & Client Coordination: Act as the primary client-facing contact, managing communications, facilitating workshops, and ensuring alignment across client stakeholders.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Build strong working relationships with internal implementation teams (e.g. consultants, configurators, product specialists) to ensure aligned priorities and smooth delivery.

  • Governance & Delivery Standards: Ensure adherence to global delivery standards and methodologies (e.g. PRINCE2, PMP, Agile), including stage-gate signoffs and escalation of risks or exceptions.

  • Project Tooling & Data Integrity: Maintain accurate and up-to-date project data within project management systems, ensuring visibility, transparency, and alignment across plans, backlog, and financials.

What we're looking for:
  • Experience: 5+ years' experience in a Project Management role, with a proven track record delivering SaaS/software implementation projects in a client-facing environment.
  • Commercial Acumen & Forecasting: Experience managing project financials, including revenue forecasting, budget tracking, and identifying and communicating risks

  • Multi-Product / Complex Delivery: Experience delivering multi-product implementations, integrations, or platform migrations is highly desirable.

  • Scope & Change Management: Proven ability to manage scope, prioritisation, and change control in line with project and commercial objectives.

  • Stakeholder Management: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience managing multiple stakeholders and facilitating workshops across client and internal teams.

  • SaaS Implementation Lifecycle: Good understanding of end-to-end SaaS delivery, including configuration, UAT, training, and go-live.

  • Certifications: Experience working within recognised project delivery frameworks (e.g. PMP, PRINCE2, Agile); certification desirable but not essential.
