Responsibilities
The TikTok Marketing Science Measurement team is responsible for interpreting the performance of advertising on our platform. We work with advertisers to optimize their activity on the platform and build meaningful connections that help drive behavior change. TikTok is looking for a Measurement Program Manager to help drive initiatives across North America in partnership with our measurement, sales, and product marketing teams. As a Program Manager, you will oversee execution and team accountability for regional programs, contribute to leadership-level reporting, and scale global monetization org priorities to our North America team. We seek a motivated individual with strong relational and communication skills. This person will directly impact team operations, communications, and cross-functional relationships. Job Responsibilities - Drive program operations, including logistics, communication, stakeholder alignment, leadership reporting, and post-program evaluation - Build new capabilities that bring operational rigor to the organization. Partner with other functions to automate processes and tasks to reduce manual burden. - Coordinate with global counterparts to represent North America interests in global program and operations development, and bring learnings and processes back to our team - Own projects that improve team operations and workflows - Project manage North America leadership reporting with measurement partners and analytical leads - Serve a player-coach role with measurement partners leading regional projects
Qualifications
Minimum Qualifications - 5+ years of experience in program or project management in analytics and digital advertising organizations - Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment - Excellent communication and facilitation skills, both written and verbal - Effective problem-solving skills with a curious and investigative mindset - Ability to use BI tools and Excel to build visualizations and reporting to inform the business and measurement strategies - Ability to take partially scoped or ambiguous asks and see it through to completion - Self-motivated and takes initiative Preferred Qualifications - Prior experience in Data Science, Data Analysis, Measurement or a related field. Understanding of experimentation (conversion lift or geo-lift), attribution (last or multi-touch) and modeling solutions (marketing mix modeling) key to the role. - Experience using SQL, visual queries, building dashboards and leveraging automation tools.

The base salary range for this position in the selected city is $121600 - $220400 annually.
Compensation may vary outside of this range depending on a number of factors, including a candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies and experience, and location. Base pay is one part of the Total Package that is provided to compensate and recognize employees for their work, and this role may be eligible for additional discretionary bonuses/incentives, and restricted stock units.
Benefits may vary depending on the nature of employment and the country work location.
