What you will do- Lead and motivate cross-functional teams across the full program lifecycle
- Serve as the primary operational contact for customers and internal stakeholders
- Manage project scope, timelines, budgets, and program performance
- Partner with account management to develop and execute long-term strategies
- Establish and maintain governance structures for program oversight
- Prepare statements of work and support approval processes
- Identify risks and drive actions to ensure successful program delivery
What we are looking for- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a science or engineering field
- Experience in project or program management within a regulated environment
- Background in pharmaceutical, chemical, or life sciences industries is preferred
- Familiarity with project management tools and standard office applications
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects successfully
- Strong collaboration skills with the ability to influence across teams
- Clear and effective communication skills with customers and stakeholders
