Program Manager for our
Denver branch to lead multiple large-scale technology initiatives while ensuring alignment across scope, schedule, budget, and business objectives. A Day in the Life:- Developing detailed work plans, schedules, project estimates, resource plans, and status reports, conducting risk analysis and monitoring the progress of plans against project milestones and budgets
- Connect and guide the project team to minimize turn and down time
- Analyzing and documenting requirements by liaising with a range of users in the organization
- Leverage expertise to support the go love dates identified for the project
- Support a team of the Dynamics team, Business Units, and vendors to deliver agreed upon objectives and measurements, on time and within budget
- Work directly with the project teams to hit integration goals between the Dynamics modules and automate data processing
- Manages the integration of vendor tasks and tracks and reviews vendor deliverables
- Recommending operational strategies and plans that could directly impact results
- Requires communication with executive leadership on matters of strategic importance
- Guide projects from conception to final implementation and measure the results in a data driven manner
What You Bring:- 10+ years of experience in a business analyst or project manager position with a focus on large scale enterprise project upgrades and/or implementations
- Integrated ERP Deployment experience (ideally with Microsoft D365, AX or CRM )
- Experience with Azure DevOps
- Program Management with multiple lane / department delivery
- Experience in a consulting environment or similar fast-paced industry
- An analytical mind and creative problem-solving ability
- Exceptional communication skills
- Knowledge of change and problem management and ability to anticipate risks
- Ability to build relationships and foster trust with stakeholders, project teams and project leaders
- Strong team-oriented mindset with the proven ability to lead on complex IT projects

$115,849 - $152,040 a year
Expected salary range is $115,840 - $152,040 with a 10-15% variable incentive plan.
