Full Job Description
Summary of Purpose:

Under minimal supervision, develops, manages, and improves multiple programs, processes and procedures important to the mission and strategy of the organization. Develops high-quality work products, completes assigned tasks, and communicates cross-functionally. Acquires skills to effectively manage and develop programs. Develops knowledge of programs and processes related to their assigned specialty area.

Essential Functions
  • Manages and facilitates a National Academy for Nuclear Training course and/or seminar
  • Works with consultants and industry personnel to manage, and facilitate a course and/or seminar
  • Implements and maintains a high-quality program
  • Facilitates, instructs, and maintains a high-quality training and/or qualification program
  • Keeps training lesson plans and materials current by reviewing and updating content to reflect changes in learning goals, industry practices, and organizational needs
  • Uses diverse training methodologies to enhance the student learning experience
  • Keeps abreast of INPO/industry business issues and changes that affect internal training
  • Performs other duties as assigned

Education, Licenses, and Certifications

Required
  • High School Diploma or GED

Preferred
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant specialty area
  • Industry/INPO certifications or qualifications such as INPO evaluator or other professional certifications such as project manager, ICP, ZF, ARSENAL or EQI certifications

Experience

Required
  • Five or more years of professional work experience
  • Three or more years of presentation and facilitation skills experience in leadership or a technical area

Preferred
  • Five or more years of presentation and facilitation skills experience in leadership or a technical area
  • Nuclear or non-nuclear first line supervisory experience

Additional Requirements

Work Context
  • Must be able to work prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Must be able to work under minimal supervision
  • Must be able to sit, stand, walk, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, and crawl
  • Must be able to lift 25 pounds
  • Must have a US state or territory issued Real ID compliant driver's license or identification card
