Position Summary:
We have an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Program Manager.

In this role, the successful candidate We have an exciting opening for a Program Manager position within the Ronald O. Perelman Department of Emergency Medicines Clinical Operations Division. In this role, the successful candidate will work under the direction of the Assistant Director for Clinical Operations and departmental leadership.
The Program Manager will be provide support and project management for all initiatives within the clinical mission spanning multiple sites including the Ronald O. Perelman Center for Emergency Services at NYU Langone- Tisch Hospital, the Emergency Department Observation unit, the NYU Langone Health- Brooklyn Emergency Department, The Home Depot Emergency Department at Cobble Hill, Bellevue Hospital, our Virtual Urgent Care Service and Samuels Orthopedic Immediate Care Center encompassing over 615,000 patient visits annually.

Job Responsibilities:

Demonstrates knowledge of the organizations Core Values and incorporates them into the performance of duties.
Partners with the Assistant Director for Clinical Operations to meet annual strategic and operational goals and ensure operational excellence.
Tracks and prepares ongoing metrics and reports findings to stakeholders on projects, financials, goals, performance reviews, and other data needs.
Provides project management support for new and ongoing clinical initiatives, including scheduling and leading meetings with key stakeholders and teams, drafting agendas and meeting minutes, developing process maps and protocols for review, ensuring completion of action items, establishing reporting infrastructure, and monitoring post-implementation progress.
Clinical schedule oversight - Provides general supervision of clinical scheduling processes across faculty, APPs, and residents.
Assists with the credentialing and onboarding process for new providers as needed.
Assists with ad hoc analyses related to staffing, finances, and other operational requests.
Participates in special projects and performs other duties as required.
Manages development and donor relationships, prepares reports to share with donors, and coordinates donor dinners and events
Coordinates schedules, activities, and special events, including conference preparation and related functions.
Assists with virtual urgent care services as needed, supporting all aspects of virtual urgent care operations.
Maintains the ED volume tracker and analyzes key clinical performance metrics.
Assists with QSPI initiatives as needed.

Minimum Qualifications:
To qualify you must have a Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business administration, health care administration, or related field.
Two years of experience coordinating Project/Programs or programs or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
Ability to interface effectively with all levels of management and must work and communicate effectively with both internal and external customers; works effectively both independently and within a team environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Time management skills and ability to work well under pressure.
Ability to multitask while paying attention to details.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, and Outlook, and familiar with internet-based applications.

NYU Langone Health provides a salary range to comply with the New York state Law on Salary Transparency in Job Advertisements. The salary range for the role is $84,577.92 - $100,900.80 Annually. Actual salaries depend on a variety of factors, including experience, specialty, education, and hospital need. The salary range or contractual rate listed does not include bonuses/incentive, differential pay or other forms of compensation or benefits.
