Program Manager
IntePros is seeking an experienced Program Manager to drive cross-functional coordination across events, field enablement, analyst relations, and partner engagement. This role is responsible for managing strategic programs that span multiple teams, ensuring alignment across marketing, sales, and product organizations while delivering high-impact customer-facing initiatives. The ideal candidate is an organized, proactive program manager who excels at stakeholder management, project execution, and keeping complex, multi-workstream initiatives on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional program management across events, field enablement, analyst relations, and partner engagement initiatives.
  • Coordinate AI-focused programs by managing schedules, deliverables, timelines, risks, and stakeholder communications across multiple teams.
  • Drive sales and partner enablement initiatives, including webinar series, customer success stories, product demonstrations, and office hours.
  • Coordinate analyst relations activities by developing briefing materials and supporting executive engagements with industry analysts.
  • Manage event session planning by ensuring content quality, technical accuracy, messaging consistency, and readiness across presenters and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain project plans, monitor milestones, identify risks, and escalate issues to ensure timely delivery.
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings, document action items, and provide regular program status updates to leadership.
  • Utilize Asana to manage project workflows, track deliverables, and coordinate work across teams.
