A large Telecom Client is seeking a Program Manager to join its Digital PMO, driving strategic initiatives across consumer-facing digital experiences. This role partners with product owners, SMEs, and IT to deliver high-impact outcomes, with a strong focus on value stream management, project leadership, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Lead a portfolio of digital projects across web, mobile, and connected platforms
Drive planning, execution, and reporting standards for strategic initiatives
Manage prioritization of incoming work via the Front Door Process
Collaborate with IT and GTM teams for release planning and readiness
Optimize use of tools like JIRA and Clarity for project tracking and reporting
Identify delivery pipeline bottlenecks and implement solutions to improve flow

Required Skills & Experience5-7 Years of Experience in program/project management/ portfolio management methodologies
Background in digital, web, ecommerce, or media
Expertise in value stream management (E2E project lifecycle, cross-functional collaboration, metrics-driven decision making and workflow optimization)
Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
Familiarity with agile tools, Google Suite, and data analytics platforms
Experience with SDLC (Agile & Waterfall)
Proven success in PMO structure and operations
