Program Manager, In-flight ConnectivityROLE DESCRIPTION SUMMARY
The incumbent will lead delivery of In-Flight Connectivity (IFC) and In-Flight Entertainment (IFE) system installations and upgrades for large commercial aircraft. You will work closely with airline customers and lead cross-functional teams across engineering, certification, supply chain, and operations to deliver complex programs with clarity and confidence.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / KEY RESULT AREAS
- Own end-to-end delivery of IFC/IFE installation and upgrade programs, from planning through entry into service and sustaining operations
- Lead cross-functional teams spanning aircraft engineering, software, certification, regulatory, quality, supply chain, and installation
- Build and manage integrated program schedules, action registries, risks, issues, and dependencies to ensure predictable delivery
- Serve as a primary customer-facing lead, building trust through clear communication and reliable follow-through
- Lead internal and external program reviews, providing clear status, risks, and recommended actions
- Drive issue resolution and escalation with a focus on outcomes, not handoffs
- Identify opportunities to improve program management processes and delivery efficiency

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering or a related technical field, or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years of experience in airline, aerospace, or aircraft modification activities
- Demonstrated experience planning and executing complex, cross-functional programs
- Solid understanding of program management fundamentals including schedule, risk, and issue management
- Experience using program management tools and standard productivity software
