- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in supply chain planning, material management, or commodity management within the technology or AI hardware industry.
- Experience in supply chain risk assessment and supply chain resiliency.
Preferred qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field.
- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- Experience designing and implementing end-to-end planning architectures within ERP or advanced planning systems (e.g., SAP or proprietary tools).
- Experience defining system logic, data hierarchies, and automation requirements to transform manual workflows into scalable, repeatable planning engines.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $159,000-$231,000 bonus equity benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Responsibilities- Develop manufacturing and execution plans based on inputs from demand, capacity, material availability, finance budgets, and data center requirements.
- Work directly with key suppliers and commodity managers to ensure supply availability of critical components.
- Improve supply availability by identifying bottlenecked resources and driving output/throughput improvement.
- Work closely with engineering teams to continue to adapt systems capabilities to meet the needs of evolving Artificial Intelligence (AI) hardware landscape.
- Provide near and long range projections for broad consumption by cross-functional organizations.
