Minimum qualifications:- Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 5 years of experience in program or project management.
- Experience in at least two of the following: supply chain, capacity planning, materials management, or contract manufacturing.
- Experience in manufacturing operations for enterprise compute hardware.
Preferred qualifications:- 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
- End-to-end supply chain operations experience.
- Experience in driving process improvement projects from idea to implementation and adoption.
- Experience in hardware product supply chain delivery through the entire life-cycle.
- Demonstrated excellent communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities - Enable and optimize product on time delivery by actively managing material, capacity, and product specific levers.
- Program manage the sourcing of tray products at global contract manufacturers.
- Drive mitigation efforts to minimize liability of excess and obsolete inventory caused by demand reductions, platform transitions, and product moves.
- Scale product capacity, materials and processes.
- Drive improvement of product cost baselines
