Position Overview:
The Program Manager III provides senior-level operational, administrative, and program management support to Facilities Management (FM) leadership. This role serves as a key partner in coordinating departmental priorities, strategic initiatives, and enterprise programs, ensuring effective communication, alignment, and execution across the organization. Responsibilities include supporting leadership through calendar management, meeting coordination, action item tracking, executive communications, and the development of presentations, reports, and other materials for leadership and stakeholder engagement. The Program Manager also leads and supports operational improvement initiatives, departmental planning activities, and cross-functional projects that enhance organizational effectiveness. In addition, the role oversees departmental information management practices, including maintenance of the FM SharePoint environment and document governance standards, to ensure reliable access to information and resources across the department.

SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE:
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, Word, PowerPoint, and related collaboration and productivity tools.
  • Knowledge of SharePoint administration, information architecture, document management, metadata standards, and content organization principles.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to identify issues, evaluate alternatives, and develop practical solutions.
  • Strong process improvement and workflow design skills, with the ability to streamline operations, improve efficiency, and develop sustainable business processes.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and implement processes, standards, and tools that improve operational efficiency and consistency.
  • Ability to analyze business needs and develop practical solutions, reporting tools, and process improvements to support operational objectives.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Ability to work independently, exercise sound judgment, anticipate needs, and proactively identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Exceptional written, verbal, and presentation communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level reports, dashboards, and decision-support materials.

Pay Range is $97,032.00 to $145,558.40 / annual salary

The compensation range may vary based on the geographic location where the position is filled. Total compensation considers multiple factors, including, but not limited to a candidate's experience, education, skills, licensure, certifications, departmental equity, training, and organizational needs.
